2.3 Event Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or insufficient participation. In such cases, you may receive a credit for a future event.

3. Participation Requirements

3.1 Waiver Requirement: All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any event. Refusal to sign the waiver will result in the forfeiture of your ticket without refund.

3.2 Arrival Time: Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not receive a refund or reschedule.

3.3 Behavior: Participants must follow all event rules and instructions provided by our staff to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

4. Puppy Interaction and Breed Information

4.1 Puppy Breeds: While we aim to announce the breeds of puppies present at each session four (4) days in advance, breeds are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Allergies and Sensitivities: Participants are responsible for managing any allergies or sensitivities they may have to animals. We are not liable for allergic reactions or similar issues.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
