Start with 45 minutes of all-level flow Yoga, surrounded by playful puppies in our studio. Then it is Puppy Yoga Seattle time ! Cuddles, pictures and playtime with the puppies for 30 minutes.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early for a seamless start.
  • Entry is not allowed 20 minutes after the session begins.
  • Note that participating in a class with puppies carries risks like scratches or bites. Since puppy wellness is our first priority, interaction with the Puppy Yoga Seattle is not guaranteed.
  • All participants must sign a waiver before joining the session.
  • Children must be 10 years old minimum (Puppy Yoga Seattle).

What is Puppy Yoga?

Puppy Yoga offers a one-of-a-kind yoga experience that merges the calming effects of yoga with the delightful presence of cute puppies. This practice helps you relax and relieve stress while deepening your connection with your furry companion.

75min yoga class surrounded by puppies:

45 minutes of all level yoga followed by 30 minutes of cuddles and fun with the puppies.

Join us for a lively, enjoyable, and revitalizing yoga session at Puppies Yoga, where fun meets relaxation with beloved puppies.

Where do the puppies come from?

We partner with local breeders around each city.

Puppies joining our classes are between 8 and 12 weeks old.

They are vaccinated and participate to the class right before joining their new homes. After the classes, they go back to their breeders for a while.

Breeds are announced up to 3 days before the weekend on our Instagram page.

How many puppies will be in my session ?

In each session, we host between 6 to 12 puppies. These numbers may vary depending on the litter and availability. For the health and safety of the puppies, we do not mix different litters.

Where and When Can I book my Puppy Yoga session ?

You can book on this website by choosing your city. We are in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Dallas, Austin, and San Francisco.

We release new dates usually 2 months in advance, giving you plenty of time to reserve your spot for a delightful and relaxing experience.

Can pregnant women participate?

While puppy yoga is generally safe, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating, especially if you are pregnant, to ensure it is appropriate for your specific situation.

Can children participate ?

Children must be 10 years old minimum.

Under 15 years old, minors can come but need to be accompanied by an adult.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
